Oxygen Booster Systems

Oxygen Booster pumps are small, lightweight and economical. Oxygen gas booster packages are ideal for aircraft and bottle filling applications. Typical oxygen booster pumps are for boosting pressures up to 2,000 psi often required in the airline ground support industry and up to 3,000 psi for the diving market. However packages can be provided utilizing any of our gas boosters with maximum pressures of 5,000 psi. Single and double acting oxygen boosters are available at High Pressure Technologies to meet flow rate requirements.

All components are O2 cleaned for use with Oxygen Gas
Oxygen Cleaned for Contaminant free operation with complete separation and isolation between the gas and air drive sections
Air Pressure Inlet Controls: (Air Filter, Air Regulator with Gauge, On/Off Speed Control Valve)
Oxygen Cleaned High Pressure Switch to stop booster at desired pressure
Oxygen Cleaned High Pressure Safety Relief Valves
Oxygen Cleaned Outlet pressure gauges
Oxygen Cleaned Manual vent valve for venting gas pressure prior to disconnecting outlet line
All system controls are mounted on the booster. Booster may be supplied on base plate and a frame as shown in our MTIG systems

All stainless steel components, cleaned for oxygen service
Contaminant free operation with complete separation and isolation between the oxygen and air drive sections
No electrical power required, only a shop air source
Automatic shut-off at desired outlet pressure for unattended operation
Safety relief devices and pressure gauges included on both gas and air sides
Manual vent valve for venting gas pressure prior to disconnecting outlet line
Air controls (Drive air filter, air regulator and on/off speed control valve to manually stop booster)
All components are mounted to the booster and tested prior to shipment
